For cancelling your scheduled pickup, you need to call us and inform us about the same or update on the website or app as soon as possible.
Booking Service Cancellation is not chargeable as long as the agent has not left for pickup of your garments. Otherwise, the customer may have to pay for the conveyance charges.

All orders will be considered final once the cancellation window is closed and will be payable as per the invoice generated during the time of booking.

Our general service cancellation window period is of 24 hours,It may or may not differ in certain cases.
