  • A total bill estimate can be available when you give your clothes to the pickup agent.
  • After booking the customer will receive an SMS with the exact bill amount.
  • At the moment of delivery, the customer will receive the invoice.
  • Upon delivery, the customer can make the payment in cash.
  • No Partial Payments are accepted.

Related to Bookings

  • We are open seven days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM.
  • You can set up a pickup using our website, or mobile app, or by calling us, refer to more booking-related queries here.
  • Your Name, Mobile Number, Address, and Pickup Date & Time Slot are required.
  • At the time of pickup, you must count your clothing and check the number on the pickup slip you will receive from our agent.
  • Our agent will arrive at your address mentioned at the time allotted for pickup and delivery. We cannot guarantee the same under circumstances beyond our control.
  • The time and date on the pickup slip are when the clothes will be delivered. We make no guarantees about it, under circumstances beyond our control. Any such delay is not the fault of Nav Wash Care.
  • We examine each garment after we receive them, at our warehouse and notify if any damage is observed. However, we don’t guarantee that every damage will be identified before processing.
  • Nave Wash Care may or may not call you before delivery. If you want us to call you before delivering, please inform our agent during the Pickup.
  • Any special instruction has to be provided to our agent and must be mentioned on the Pickup Slip supplied to you.
  • We do not accept any accessory that is not to be processed.
  • All accessories which can be detached from the garment will be counted as separate items and charged separately.
  • All garments are to be counted and handed over to the NWC agent. Similarly, the counting has to be done during delivery. No claims for garment loss will be entertained if any mismatch is reported after making the payment.
  • We take no guarantee of color bleed in laundry. You are advised not to give clothes that may bleed color in laundry. However you may give it for dry clean.
  • The rates of our service are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Any issue with respect to Quality of any garment has to be reported to us within 24 hours placing an order with us.
